In 2002, I took a picture of a man preparing to hang glide over a five-mile beach close to Port Douglas. In January of 2010, I will be in Cairns and Port Douglas again. I plan to re-visit the reef and get my diving licence. But, I'm more excited about trying hang gliding for the first time. After initial research into companies offering air time, I settled on Air Play.
The guy who runs the company is the same guy from the picture I took eight years ago!
