If I had to choose an ideal body type for men, it would be one of these three:
- Gerard Butler in 300
Men's Health featured a video interview with Butler. It includes parts of his training regime for the movie. To call it intense would undermine the physical torture inflicted on him (by choice!)Click here to read about it (and watch bits of his crazy training program.)
- Jason Statham in Crank

Again, Men's Health ran a couple of features on this ex-Olympic diver, big-mouthed Pommie who could pack a punch. Built around plyometrics, his workouts are fantastic! I wish I had his job. The stunts he pulls off are insane. Anyway, martial arts and sports plus the odd gym work out... sign me up.
But, to my mind, this is my ideal:
- Brad Pitt, in Snatch (top five favorite movies)

He's blessed with great genes, but I bet it's a real challenge to stay looking this fit.
