Snap Out Of A Bad Mood

    Indulging a bad mood is like playing basketball in a desert, with no supply of drinking water. If you're wondering about the strange metaphor I just used, it's because I was in the middle of a heated game of basketball when this idea occurred.

    I've watched talented players on court lose their cool and walk away from games after a simple foul. Completely reasonable men, reacting in an unlikely manner to a bad call. Notice a person playing sport closely for five minutes and you'll be able to pick on what happened the night before. Their emotional state gives a whole lot away than just the result of a game.

   Got a big game or presentation lined up for a Tuesday morning? Eat a healthy dinner, watch a funny video and go to bed early on Monday night. The emotional state you carry to bed is how you wake up feeling the next morning.
