In December 2006, a bunch of my friends donated a notable amount of blood and got involved in some worthy social causes. One of them was at Shunem Home, a home for orphans, kids whose families are affected by leprosy and a few older people who have no one to care for them. With help from some generous friends, we managed to buy new mattresses for all the kids.

Some of you have been on my case recently about going back to Shunem, so I'm getting some people together next week. For some strange reason, you always come back receiving more than you give.
