Six weeks ago, I wrote about my latest fitness goal - pushing the strength limit over the edge.
I tried the 300 workout today (video on the above mentioned post). The record is somewhere around the 26-minute mark. I got to 270 in 50 minutes. Still got two weeks to set my personal best. In the mean time, I've managed to pack on a couple of kilos of muscle, with a noticeably sharper clarity of thought. Doesn't hurt when I can teach Salsa for three hours at a stretch too.
Take away moral - get the best fitness instructor you can find.
