Its been a disappointing season in sport. The Windies swept over the Indian cricket team like a Gayle force, their recent good form now just a foggy, fading memory. My favourite team was never in contention for the NBA Conference finals. James Blake is through to the second round at the French Open, but lets face it - he has as much chance as I do of dating Doutzen Kroes! My money's on Nadal, but given my recent form, don't want to jinx his unbroken record on clay.
Soccer - hmmmm... I'll hold my predictions for now. Poor Justin Gatlin thought he had a new 100 metre world record, only to be informed later (5 days later) that his actual time was 9.77 sec, not 9.766 sec! So now, he's tied again with Asafa Powell as world's fastest man. Atleast he was fastest man on earth for five days...
