The last thing I want to hear right now is a woman calling me a liar!!! Errr.... you're the one that wears a push-up bra to make your boobs look bigger, heels to look taller, clothes that make you appear slimmer, spends hours grooming and then pretend you woke up looking that hot!
Women lie all the time, consciously, sub-consciously. Infact, they've mastered the art of lying to such an extent, that its no longer lying - its twisting the truth, slightly distorting reality, camouflaging real intentions, protecting someone's feelings and only revealing partial information. A white-lie is still a lie. Can any relationship survive if both parties are completely truthful with each other? The answer to that one is a little tricky. First, it depends on the nature of your relationship. Second, it depends on the other person's level of understanding and liberality.
Let's face it, we all do it, not just the women! I can't stand people who say, "I would never lie to you", cos I know they're lying just by making that statement. A better approach would be honesty. Sometimes, the truth does hurt, but at the end of the day, honesty always wins. Is it better to avoid hurting someone you love rather than being honest with them? A better question to ask would be, "What hurts more - the truth or a cover that's eventually blown?"
