This ensemble was unplanned. The black double-breast Indian waistcoat is better paired with a t-shirt (preferred full sleeves) and smart casual pants. The western waistcoat works well with full-sleeved shirts (sleeves rolled up) and formal trousers. The shoes and bracelet add to the red hues.
