Chai-Tastic

    I reckon, someone should write a book, titled, Life's little secrets - the trivial things no one tells you in school that could change your life. I know that's a mouthful, but it's necessary to use all those words!
Lost in the plethora of life-changing suggestions, should be:


  • Use Milkmaid (condensed milk) for the best-tasting chai. 
    Perhaps, this is a well-known fact in the arsenal of every Indian aunty's culinary brain. To me, it was a discovery that has innocuously fired up my morning enthusiasm for tea. 



One teaspoon of condensed milk added to black tea = satisfaction.
