He rolled down grassy slopes, knocked out bad guys and jumped off ships without a tear in his immaculately-tailored suit." Some smart alec piped in, "James Bond is alright, but Danny Ocean's cooler." That started a debate among my bored classmates.
So, I asked them, "Given a choice between James Bond (Daniel Craig) and Danny Ocean (George Clooney), which character would you choose and why?" Which would you rather be? Suave, debonair, resourceful, saves the girl...
Pros and Cons of two 21st Century Icons:
James Bond: Rolls down hills in expensive suits, unscathed.
Weapons: Charm, guns, funky gadgets and a killer wardrobe.
Transportation: Top of the line sports cars, fitted with hi-tech gear.
Woman: Dies.
Fitness: Incredibly athletic.
Friends: Unwittingly, fatally placed in dangerous situations by Bond's risky choices.
