A Puddle Is A Mini Trampoline

The rain has been heavy in Sydney. Puddles of stormwater stagnating in stubborn refusal to evaporate. A little boy held his mum's hand, she guided him through the wet landscape. Suddenly, the little boy broke loose and jumped into an inviting puddle.

Jumping Jack's mother turned around, disdain painted on a stern face. The little boy's smile stretched his cheeks. I bet he had more fun in that moment than any toy, game or gizmo could afford.
