I love children. A few years ago, that statement would only include talkative kids in the age group of 4-8. Now, it's children of all ages (and getting better at holding babies). Teaching little kids how to play the piano has been one of my greater life lessons.
Although I'm not interested in a career as a teacher, I've been offered a chance to take on a role as a creative arts instructor at a new concept center for kids in Hyderabad. I refused politely, but the lady insisted that we meet and invited me for a presentation this morning. She wants me to also sing a song with actions!
If you have a child, you'll understand the need to channel their energy positively, while teaching them something useful. I'm going to try this song at today's presentation (struggling to keep a straight face :)
