It's easier to do right over wrong

It's not really that difficult to do what's right. You're always presented with a choice. Make the right choice and life becomes easier. You can't avoid the occasional steam-roller of tough times, but we can all do without unnecessary guilt. We struggle with doing what's right because we start of by doing what's wrong. Then, we want to back track and set right the wrong.
Now, that's tough!

When was the last time you thought, "I know morally that this is what I should be doing, but I can't, 'cos it's so tough".

Should pay all my taxes. Can't bribe the cop, just pay the fine for my mistake. Take care of the environment. Skipped school, watched a movie. Gee, that's another packet of cigarettes today. Didn't mean to get drunk, was meant to stop after two drinks. Slept in, woke up next to a stranger. Hit my child because I'm so irritated. Haven't seen my grandchildren for years because I had a fall-out with my son. Broke my sister's ipod because she won't share. Snapped at mom and stormed out of the house. Visited porn site again. Fought with my work colleague, he never does anything useful. Was rude to my assistant, why is she so incompetent? Stole a DVD from the store. Broke into someone else's car. Lied to my wife. Cheated on my husband. Hate my neighbour's dog.
What's your moral dilemma?

We allow damaging influences to permeate through our life's pores, knowing that there's always scope to change - to redo all the harm. Nay. That's not how it's supposed to work. It's all about starting out right and it's never too late to make new habits. Just remember - it's ok for you to do what's obviously wrong (that's your choice), but when you want to change it - that's when it's so darn hard to do what's right!
